Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in front-line Real Estate sales (both Direct and Channel). Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets for assigned real estate projects. Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. Handle direct and channel partner sales activities. Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls, schedule and manage site visits. Handle customer queries and concerns professionally. Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to closure. Client Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate referrals through existing client relationships. Support the CRM team in post-agreement collections. Communication & Presentation: Deliver corporate presentations to potential buyers. Respond to enquiries through emails/letters with project details. Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Create internal weekly presentations on sales progress. Ensure timely updates in the Sales ERP tool. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in department procedures for enhanced efficiency. Candidate Profile: Experience: 35 years in front-line Real Estate Sales (Direct & Channel) Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
