Understand student profile (budget, specialization, entrance exam scores, career goals). Recommend best-fit colleges based on ROI, placements, and accreditation. Handle common objections (fees, ROI, placements, location). Guide students through the application & admission process. Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM. Support telecalling activities when required. 📚 RequirementsGraduate (any stream). Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong listening & persuasion skills with empathy. Knowledge of MBA exams (CAT, CMAT, NMAT, SNAP, MAT, XAT) is an added advantage (training provided). Experience in counseling/telecalling/sales preferred, but freshers with strong communication are welcome. 💰 CompensationSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience). Loyalty Bonus: ₹1,000/month. Monthly Incentives: Based on admissions.
