Continuous Learning & Compliance Updates · Stay updated with changes in auditing and accounting standards , tax laws, and best practices. · Apply new regulations effectively in audits and advise stakeholders accordingly. 8. Special Assignments · Assist in forensic audits, due diligence, or investigative procedures as needed. · Support ad hoc financial reviews and management requests. Requirements: · Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified and a member of ICAI. · Experience: 4-5 years of audit experience (Big 4 or mid-size audit firm experience preferred). · Strong understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. · Proficiency in using audit tools and accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA, SAP) and Tally is preferred. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
