Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive-Events & Activations who can generate high-value business from corporate clients for events, activations, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will not only sell services but will bring strategic thinking, pitch-winning presentations, and original marketing ideas that solve client problems and grow their brands. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 New Business Development: Identify, target, and pursue corporate clients across sectors (FMCG, IT, Finance, Automobile, etc.). Drive new business pitches—from idea to proposal to conversion. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with customized, insight-driven event concepts and marketing plans. 🔹 Sales Pitch & Strategy: Create impactful sales presentations and pitch decks that combine data, creativity, and storytelling. Articulate the agency’s value proposition with confidence and flair during client meetings and pitches. Understand brand objectives and tailor solutions that align with their marketing strategies. 🔹 Client Servicing & Account Handling: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams (creative, production, operations). Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Proactively suggest new campaign ideas to keep clients engaged and evolving. 🔹 Idea Generation & Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions with out-of-the-box concepts for activations and integrated brand experiences. Keep up with industry trends and competitor campaigns to bring fresh thinking and innovation to every proposal. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3–5 years of experience in sales/client servicing in an event ,media sales or advertising agency. ✅ Proven ability to win and retain corporate clients. ✅ Excellent presentation & negotiation skills. ✅ Strong understanding of event concepts, brand activations, and BTL marketing. ✅ Creative mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. ✅ Self-starter with high energy, initiative, and accountability.
