Role & responsibilities Lead new vendor development initiatives across categories Coordinate with engineering and design teams for part drawings Finalize vendor quotations and lead product costing discussions Ensure new parts development and supply for trial and development builds Plan material availability and align with project deadlines Manage vendor accounts and quarterly reconciliation Interface with QA, Production, Finance, and COOs office regularly Preferred candidate profile 15+ years of experience in supply chain/vendor development roles Strong exposure to costing, price negotiation, and new part development Sound knowledge of SCM systems, Excel, and Fusion Qualification: B.Sc (PCM) + Diploma in Mechanical Prior experience in auto components / manufacturing industry is a must Proven record in sourcing, RFQs, trial parts development, and vendor handling
