Job Description Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement in using Fusion (HRMS) and an external service provider. Ensure adherence to tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, etc.), and benefits.
