Fusion HCM Functional Principal/Sr Principal/ Sr Consultant

An experienced consulting professional with a deep understanding of HCM Fusion application solutions, industry best practices, and various business processes and technology designs within the Oracle product/technology family. You will work independently to deliver high-quality work products for engagements, showcasing your expertise in implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer requirements. By following Oracle methodology, company procedures, and best practices, you will play a key role in providing functional and technical solutions for moderately complex customer projects. Additionally, you may lead projects and engage effectively with customer management, while actively participating in business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. To excel in this role, you should possess 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 6 years specifically in Fusion HCM. A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with team members and clients, and a willingness to travel as needed are essential for success in this position.
