You will be joining Pansoft Technologies LLC, a globally recognized Information Technology Products, consulting, and services organization. As a Functional Lead Consultant CX, your responsibilities will include utilizing your expertise in Fusion CX. You should possess a solid 7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion CX and be capable of independently managing tasks. It is essential that you have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion and a track record of successfully implementing 4 to 5 projects in CX. Additionally, having a minimum of 4 projects on-site experience with knowledge of GCC countries will be advantageous. Proficiency in CX Sales, CPQ, and Service Management modules is crucial, while familiarity with other modules is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at presentations, interpersonal interactions, and customer management. Proactiveness, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as a team leader are key traits we are looking for. Proficiency in documentation using MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new business applications. The role may involve travel abroad. With a minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience, you will be designated as a Fusion CX Lead Consultant in the IT sector.
