As a Software Engineering Senior Advisor at Evernorth, you will play a pivotal role in delivering software and platform services to internal clients. Leading a team of talented software engineers, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing capabilities while collaborating closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure services meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include guiding the team's strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting coding best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of applications to cloud and on-premises environments - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth - Working on technical documents, code, and deployments - Building and maintaining strong relationships with technology, product, and business stakeholders - Assessing technical debt and risks and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work - Taking ownership of project deliverables to ensure quality, budget, and timeline constraints are met - Acting as a point of contact for technical escalations and providing timely resolutions - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback Required Skills: - 11+ years of relevant engineering experience - Experience working in a Healthcare Organization - 6+ years of experience with designing and consuming REST APIs (preferably ASP.NET) - 6+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular) - Experience working with Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent) - Experience working in a Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, etc.) - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins) - Familiarity with logging tools (Splunk, Kafka, New Relic) - Knowledge of data visualization libraries/tools (Fusion Charts, HighCharts, Plotly, Tableau) - Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills Join Evernorth as a Software Engineering Senior Advisor and contribute to driving innovation, improving healthcare solutions, and making a positive impact on millions of lives.,
