Technip Energies is currently hiring for Oracle EBS System Analyst to join our team based in Noida, India. Job Purpose This role - Oracle Projects Analyst will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support of Oracle R12 EBS Projects/OTL. It is a techno/functional role which will require both functional/technical expertise to work within a controlled IT environment with a 3rd party managed service (infrastructure) partner. You will be required to engage with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve issues. Main Accountabilities Responsible for providing incident resolution, change input and release controls on ORACLE EBS R12.x and Fusion application and all interfaces to this system at second- and third-line functional level. Provide resolution of all functional incidents within the EBS application and on Projects interfaces to third party applications. Strong experience of Oracle Projects/PPM, OTL and good exposure in AP, AR modules Coordinate technical tasks and deliverables and related technology projects Validates and resolved all incidents or determines if they are required to be escalated to company chosen programme or other Partner for external support or other interface support teams (either internal or external). Work with Internal Controls and audit support teams as needed to meet audit requirements ensuring that regulation and change management requirements are met Maintain ownership of incidents to ensure that they are closed down within SLA and to agreed quality measures. Participate as functional contributor on ERP projects to be delivered on time, within budget and with high quality, including our planned enhancement program. About You Solid customer service/client facing experience Must be flexible to work in late evening shift Strong 8 - 10 year experience with Oracle EBS R12 required in Project costing, Project billing, Project planning, OTL, HR along with decent exposure of AP and AR modules Experience with multiple Technologies such as: SQL, AME, Alerts, BI Publisher, Data Loader, SQL*Loader, Understanding of external interfacing to Oracle EBS ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management Experience of the Oil industry or a Project based discipline Service Now change module, HP ALM Essential: Solid customer service / client facing experience Demonstrable knowledge/skills of ITIL practice. Oracle EBS 12.x experience in Projects/OTL and Finance modules Preferred: Degree ITIL qualification Advanced Oracle EBS qualifications in PPM modules with good knowledge of Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and HR If interested, please share your updated cv along with below details to proceed further.
