I. Sales & Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers; understand their needs and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge (materials, dimensions, features, benefits). Offer design advice and help visualize furniture in homes. Build rapport, address concerns, and follow up with potential leads. Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and arrange delivery/assembly. Upsell and cross-sell complementary items (decor, accessories). Ensure post-sale satisfaction and address issues. II. Showroom & Operations: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized showroom. Arrange attractive furniture displays. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory. Adhere to all company sales and return policies. III. Marketing & Brand Support: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the showroom professionally. Collect customer contact information for follow-up. Gather customer feedback on trends, prices, and competitors. Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
