Fundraising Officer

As a Fundraising Officer at Civil Society Academy, your primary role will involve developing and executing fundraising strategies to support Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Located in Noida, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential donors, writing grant proposals, and maintaining strong donor relationships. Your daily tasks will include mining potential donors, facilitating fundraising campaigns, communicating with donors, training CSOs on effective fundraising strategies, and crafting compelling proposals to secure funding. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and writing skills, with at least 3 years of experience in fundraising from CSR, INGOs, Institutional, and Individual Donors. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development sector, excellent organizational abilities, and a track record of writing successful proposals. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with knowledge of legal and ethical standards in fundraising.
