As the Marketing & Fundraising Manager at our Foundation, you will report to the Head of the Foundation and play a crucial role in managing all marketing assets, such as the website, publications, inbound marketing, social media marketing, events, and internal/external content. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments and external agencies to ensure effective marketing strategies and raising funds for the Foundation in line with set plans and targets. In the Marketing domain, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the release of the RRF newsletter, coordinating with key departments and vendors for its design and delivery. Additionally, you will create an annual Social Media Plan, manage all social media accounts, and execute social media campaigns. You will also conceptualize, organize, and manage special events, ensuring alignment with the communication strategy. Furthermore, you will plan and oversee the production, editing, and delivery of promotional media, supervise partnerships with external organizations, and manage external vendors and agencies as needed. In the Fundraising aspect, your role will involve understanding Foundation programs and strategies for donor pitch planning, complying with FCRA norms for foreign donor pitches, creating a fundraising strategic plan, managing donor relationships, and providing regular reports and updates. You will also be responsible for researching the donor landscape, competitors, etc., and developing pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with the department lead. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field, along with at least five years of fundraising and marketing experience in not-for-profit organizations. You must have a proven track record in fundraising, the ability to simplify complex program information, strong computer skills, and proficiency in graphics and desktop publishing. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, willingness to travel to project sites, and experience in social media are also required.
