Job Title: Fundraiser/ Team leader

Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated and charismatic Fundraiser to join our team. As a face-to-face fundraiser, you'll engage with potential donors, build relationships, and secure funds for our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with potential donors to discuss our mission and goals

2. Build relationships and secure donations

3. Meet fundraising targets.

4. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

4. Relevant experience in fundraising or sales
