Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role includes both in-office work in Bhopal and some work-from-home days. Day-to-day tasks will involve consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, creating travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodation, and resolving any issues that arise during travel. Qualifications B2B Business Generation & Relationship Management Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations is preferred Excellent Customer Service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools Good communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
