Role: HR Intern Talent Acquisition Roles & Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes to match role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and track application status. Update and manage applicant tracking sheets/tools. Employer Branding: Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on multiple platforms. Assist in promoting Fundly.ai as an employer of choice through social media and campaigns. Onboarding Support: Assist HR team in pre-onboarding formalities. Support in organizing induction sessions and documentation. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports. Share insights on sourcing channels and candidate feedback. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs.
