Roles & Responsibilities :- Design funding strategies. Track and monitor funding lines, repayments, covenants, and pool performance. Manage funding through term loans, direct assignments (DA), and other structured debt instruments . Negotiate and finalize sanction terms, pricing, covenants, and security structures for term loans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury counterparts of banks and financial institutions. Monitor early warning signals and ensure proactive covenant compliance.
