Job Description: As a Fundraiser at Whiz IT Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving investments to support our diverse range of projects, including international ferry services, infrastructure, real estate, and technology-driven initiatives. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and executing effective fundraising strategies to secure funds from investors, donors, institutions, and grants. Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with identifying and approaching high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), venture capitalists, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations. Crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and investment decks to attract potential investors will be essential. Additionally, you will organize fundraising events, networking sessions, and investor meetings while building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective donors and investors. Researching and applying for relevant grants and funding opportunities, collaborating closely with the management team to set and achieve financial goals, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations related to fundraising activities are also key aspects of the role. Moreover, maintaining accurate records of donor contributions and investment commitments will be crucial in tracking progress towards the target of raising 50 crores for the current projects. Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, or business development, along with a strong network in the investment and donor community. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to create persuasive investment proposals and business pitches. An understanding of financial planning, ROI analysis, and funding models is required, along with self-motivation, goal orientation, and the capability to work independently. Knowledge of the ferry industry, infrastructure projects, or related sectors would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and fundraising platforms is also necessary. Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or investor relations is preferred, with a track record of securing significant investments for businesses.
