As a CS/legal intern at DrinkPrime, you will play a crucial role in managing MCA related filings, statutory and Company Law compliances, as well as funding-related documentation and filings. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough analysis and due diligence of potential transactions, maintaining accurate statutory records, assisting in the preparation and filing of statutory returns, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and assist with other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate for this role would have relevant experience in the listed areas of work, be a CS intermediate or Legal intern with 0 to 1 years of work experience, and possess expertise in Company law, Stamp Act, and other relevant laws.
