As a Fund Servicing Manager within our Investment Operations team, you will have the opportunity to provide premium quality client service to our Fund Services clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the smooth operation of our team. While working closely with various teams within JPM Fund Services, you will also have the responsibility of ensuring a standardized, efficient process and timely escalation of any potential issues. Job responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day operation of a team within Investment Operations responsible trade booking, settlement, cash & positions and market value reconciliations, break research and resolution, credit facilities life cycle management and client issue management
• Lead review and monitoring of Client Satisfaction for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of booking Bank Loans transactions
• Work with the leads to develop goals for the team and ensure they are reached
• Review daily/monthly work process for team members, including daily and monthly checklists and see that all tasks are completed
• Ensure that all staff are aware of daily tasks and deadlines are met
• Streamline team processes when needed
• Assist in determining feasibility of new products and services
• Ensure deliverables are met / Sign off on new business and Service level agreements (SLA)
• Communicate with other areas in JPM Fund Services Client Service, Product, Sales, Portfolio Accounting, Technology
• Ensure standardized, efficient process and timely escalation of any potential issues

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• 5 years of experience within financial services specificallyFund Services or related function
• 4 years management experience
• With experience in end- to- end Reconciliation, Trades and Settlement
• Complete understanding of the NAV delivery process
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients
• Strong knowledge of all investment types
• Keen eye for detail, processes and deadline orientated
• Ability to motivate staff and provide feedback when needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Detailed working knowledge of financial data providers such as Bloomberg, Financial Times Interactive Data, MarkIt Partners
• Experience working with syndicated bank loans
