Your main tasks will involve providing in-depth product support to FIS clients, utilizing systems and data effectively, identifying best practices, and suggesting improvements. You will analyze business processes, document metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement. Additionally, you may be involved in training internal employees, handling audit queries, and documenting technical issues to support product quality programs. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in Fund Rules and Media Output, be willing to work flexible shifts, possess knowledge of user administration and Access Control, and preferably be familiar with the ServiceNow tool. Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently.
