Fund Manager - AIF

You will be working as a Fund Manager AIF at Getfive Assets Advisors Pvt Ltd. (GAAPL), a SEBI registered CAT 1 fund with a focus on IPOs and fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough due diligence on potential investments, which involves financial analysis, market research, and operational evaluations. - Presenting recommendations to the investment committee post due diligence. - Conducting regular market research on the industry and competitive landscape for other funds. - Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly investor reports for the funds. - Coordinating with Custodian, Broker, and bank for various market transactions to ensure smooth execution of investments. - Communicating with Investors, potential investors, Managing Subscriptions and Redemptions along with the relationship manager. - Implementing the fund's investment strategy and managing its investment activities. - Regularly reviewing investments executed by the fund and quarterly reporting the same to the investment committee. - Handling any other related ancillary work assigned. To qualify for this position, you must have: - A Post-Graduation degree (MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 college/ CA). - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. - Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence. - The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,
