Fund Accountant - Manager - Private Equity Fund Accounting

You will be responsible for performing and reviewing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Fund Accounting functions as assigned. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams, both internal and external, to execute various daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks. It is essential for you to take complete ownership and accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks. Monitoring the status of aged and significantly sized breaks will be crucial to ensure their timely and accurate resolution by following up with various stakeholders as required. As the primary reviewer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of the deliverables produced by your team. Your duties will also include the calculation, booking, and reviewing of deal-wise various fees such as Management, Incentive/carry, etc., as assigned. End Customer Satisfaction and Process Efficiency will be key areas where you will be expected to contribute. Maintaining client/CRM satisfaction is vital, and you should keep them informed about any expected delays and the reasons behind them in a timely manner, along with a plan of action. Ensuring that all deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with the expected quality for our Clients/CRM will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in calls/meetings between the team and Client/CRM to help set the right expectations and document the outcomes to clear any understanding gaps. Having in-depth knowledge of the various applications you work on to complete tasks will be essential. You will also be responsible for performing Root Cause Analysis of any problems and escalating them to the Manager as needed.,
