Work closely with DevOps and development teams to integrate testing into the delivery pipeline. Help identify issues early, align testing strategies with deployment goals, and support faster, more stable releases. Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing best practices in automation testing and fostering a culture of quality within the team. Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications and/or Experience: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited university. 5-10 years of industry experience, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Javascript for test automation. Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. Extensive knowledge of mobile applications and microservices (API s).
