Job Description Lead and execute comprehensive testing cycles for Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and iRecruitment. Must have extensive experience in functional and regression testing of Oracle EBS HRMS. Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on functional specifications and business requirements. Should be proficient in various testing methodologies (e.g., UAT, SIT, Regression, Performance, Security). Perform thorough functional testing of new configurations, custom developments (RICEW objects), patches, and upgrades to ensure they meet business needs and do not introduce defects. Identify, document, and track software defects using a defect management tool (e.g., JIRA, ALM), collaborating closely with developers and functional consultants for timely resolution. Develop and execute automated test scripts using relevant tools (e.g., Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS, Selenium) to improve efficiency and coverage, especially for regression scenarios. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, providing guidance to business users, facilitating sign-offs, and ensuring their requirements are met.
