You ll work with Principal Engineers on uplifting code quality and ensure test automation and regression packs improve quality and efficiency with each and every release. We ll also look to you to produce comprehensive and robust quality strategies and detailed quality test plans, enabling the continual flow of work packages across the domain, platform value stream or programme. You ll implement and evolve the adoption of new tooling such as GenAI to improve test case creation, execution and efficiency Additionally, you ll be: Ensuring that rich test data datasets are available to feature teams Undertaking end-to-end test management including planning, risk, issue, dependency management, lessons learnt and governance Working in conjunction with quality automation specialists in writing automated tests and analysing the results Executing tests on a continuous basis triggered automatically by change events and minimising the execution time for the automated tests in order to obtain quick feedback Understanding customer and human centric designs and driving the quality of the team s work to constantly improve solutions and enhance customer experiences Making sure defects are detected and prioritised, based on impact, and resolved at the earliest possible moment, ensuring customer outcomes are delivered right first time The skills youll need We re looking for someone with proven application of testing methodologies, including a range of Agile testing methods such as test driven development and behaviour driven development.
