Functional Specialist- Salesforce

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce ecosystem. With an MBA and a minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years in Salesforce, you will be responsible for embedding Salesforce Product Technologies into new or existing Salesforce Platform based solutions. Your deep understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform will be invaluable in translating business needs into solution designs and functional specifications for the team. Collaborating with clients for requirements grooming, you will support the creation of designs following best practices and review them with Architects. Your role will also involve contributing to the development of test plans and overseeing testing during both QA and UAT phases. Experience in designing quick starts, POCs, and accelerators will be beneficial in this position. Ideally, you will have experience in CPQ, Healthcare, or Financial Services industries. Your excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills will be essential in effectively conveying information to various stakeholders. Additionally, a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, and AppExchange Knowledge, along with knowledge of several AppExchange packages, will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our projects.,
