FUNCTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

As a Senior Consultant at NeoXam Noida, you will have the opportunity to assist the APAC team by working closely with account management, services team, and collaborating with product teams. You will be based in Noida and join a team of experienced consultants to participate in the implementation and support of various applications including NeoXam DataHub, NeoXam IBOR, and NeoXam Impress. With your experience and potential, you will focus on solution implementation and project management at leading financial organizations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in NeoXam software implementations at top financial organizations - Implement software customization, workflow definition, and optimization using cutting-edge technology - Provide troubleshooting support and resolve installation and implementation issues - Offer best practice guidance leveraging technical expertise and industry experience - Ensure responsive follow-up to client needs and requirements - Communicate NeoXam's offerings, identify new opportunities, and support client sales/services growth - Keep up to date with NeoXam DataHub and NeoXam IBOR features and improvements - Manage design and configuration activities, analyze client needs, and provide project management leadership **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering or Business school degree/masters degree or equivalent - 8-15 years of experience in financial software implementation and IT projects in banking/financial industry - Experience with NeoXam Datahub is advantageous - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in a development language (Java, C, C++) for scripting - Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, SQL language, and ETL techniques - Familiarity with financial data provider feeds and financial instruments - Previous project experience across multiple stages of project life cycle - Independent, proactive, with good interpersonal skills and a team player - Fluent in English NeoXam offers competitive compensation, on-site training in Singapore office, medical, dental, and maternity coverage, life insurance, co-working space, and a collaborative office culture.
