You are an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant who will assist the APAC team at NeoXam Noida. Based in Noida, you will work closely with the account management, services team, and collaborate with the product teams. Joining a team of experienced consultants, you will participate in the implementation and support of various applications, including NeoXam DataHub, NeoXam IBOR, and NeoXam Impress. Your main responsibilities will include participating in software implementations at leading financial organizations, customizing and optimizing software using cutting-edge technology, troubleshooting and resolving installation and implementation problems, providing best practice guidance, communicating NeoXam's offerings to clients, participating in client support efforts, and assisting with presales initiatives. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with NeoXam DataHub and NeoXam IBOR features and improvements. For the Senior Implementation role, added responsibilities include managing design and configuration activities, analyzing clients" needs, coaching their teams, taking charge of product implementation, providing project management leadership, conducting product training workshops, and offering presales consultancy. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or Business, 8-15 years of experience in financial software implementation and IT projects in the banking/financial industry, experience with NeoXam DataHub is an advantage, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in a development language, experience with RDBMS, data modeling, SQL language, understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques, knowledge of financial instruments, and previous project experience.
