Functional Consultant - ERP/CRM

As a Functional Consultant in our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and guidance to our global clients during the US Shift. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our software solutions, catering to the unique needs of each client. Your role will involve serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements through customized solutions, troubleshooting support tickets, and ensuring seamless alignment of the software with their business processes. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions to educate clients on software functionality, enabling them to maximize its efficiency. Engaging with customers to gather requirements, analyzing their business processes, and overseeing the software delivery lifecycle will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, collaborating with internal teams for resource negotiation and monitoring the development process for accuracy and adherence to client specifications will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position, specifically dealing with international clients. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics, knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, familiarity with SQL queries and database management, expertise in API-based integrations, and experience with software implementation and reporting tools will be advantageous.
