To excel in this role, you should possess a university/college degree with 2-5 years of industry experience, particularly in US Staffing Delivery. You should have exposure to a wide range of IT & Non-IT technologies, domains, and functional areas. Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating, and negotiating with candidates is essential, along with prior work in VMS/MSP model recruitment and familiarity with multiple VMS and navigation techniques.
