Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support business decision-making. Participate in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring community programs and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements. Shadow managers to understand leadership responsibilities and decision-making processes. Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
