Job Description

What youll do: Administer AWS hosting environments (dev/staging/production): configurations, scaling, SSL, and performance
Maintain WordPress core, plugins, and integrations (updates, troubleshooting, compatibility)
Design and manage automated backup-and-recovery workflows with retention policies
Implement server and WordPress security hardening and vulnerability patching, with monthly audits
Oversee structured dev staging production deployment workflows (Git version control, testing, rollback)
Monitor and optimize site performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, database tuning, asset optimization)
Set up 24/7 uptime monitoring, respond to incidents, and communicate status proactively
Implement and enforce technical SEO best practices (sitemaps, schema, site architecture)
Deliver monthly technical performance reports with insights and recommendations
Leverage AI tools to automate monitoring, diagnostics, and development workflows
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver rapid, reliable solutions
Flexibly support aggressive project timelines including weekend and late-hour availability
Foster a healthy, communicative, and emotionally supportive team environment
