Fullstack Python Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop lightweight

  Python-based accelerators, validators, and utility components

  supporting automation validation and edge-case testing.
• Build

  diagnostic tools

  and

  reference implementations

  for integration scenarios (e.g., document parsing, API response emulation) to aid feasibility validation.
• Create

  reusable code snippets

  and

  utility libraries

  for functions not available in standard

  RPA/AI platforms

  , ensuring modular and well-documented handovers.
• Support internal teams in

  troubleshooting technical blockers

  and provide

  fallback logic

  or alternative solutions.
• Develop Python modules for

  validation, diagnostics, and data transformation

  , such as document parsing pipelines, mock API responders, and data preprocessing utilities.
• Work on

  No Code / Low Code platforms

  for agentic or automation-based development as required.
• Maintain an

  internal repository

  of vetted Python tools for preprocessing (tabular extraction, NLP tokenization, batch transformations).
• Review Python-based components delivered by

  System Integrators (SI)

  for adherence to internal

  coding standards, logging, and modularity

  .
• Contribute to

  post-deployment enhancements

  , including retry logic optimization, timeout handling, and enrichment utilities.

• Lead and mentor

  a small team (34) of Python developers supporting internal engineering and automation needs.

Required Technical Skills

• Python Programming:

  Expertise in scripting, utility design, and code modularization.

• API Integration:

  Experience in request handling, response parsing, and mocking.

• Automation Design:

  Ability to create reusable components and diagnostics for validation workflows.

• Cloud Functions:

  Knowledge of

  Azure Functions

  and

  AWS Lambda

• Reliability Engineering:

  Strong foundation in

  exception handling

  and reliability principles.

• Azure AI:

  Hands-on experience with

  Azure AI services

  and AI-based development.

• Full-Stack Development:

1. Developing responsive UIs using
