Job Summary:

Full Stack Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and development of full stack applications using
Angular
(with
Micro Frontend
architecture) and
Python
Architect and implement
microservices
for scalable and secure solutions
Deploy and manage applications on
AWS Cloud
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps
Drive code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline integration
Explore and integrate
Generative AI (GenAI)
capabilities when applicable

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years
of full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in
Angular
and
Micro Frontend
architecture
Hands-on expertise in
Python
and
microservices development
Solid experience deploying and managing applications on
AWS
Strong understanding of design patterns, OOPs concepts, and cloud-native development
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to
Generative AI (GenAI)
concepts and implementation
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
