As a Full-stack Python + AI developer with over 5 years of experience, your role will involve working on AI application development. You should be familiar with frameworks like LangChain, AI SDKs, and core AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your expertise in developing robust backend services using Flask within a cloud-native environment on Microsoft Azure will be essential. On the frontend, you will utilize Next.js and modern UI libraries like React Query and Zustand for state management. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and ShadCN components is expected to create clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Any prior experience in developing add-ins for Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous but not mandatory for this role. While the wider program includes components like Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory, a separate team will handle these tasks. Therefore, familiarity with these tools is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
