As a Fullstack Manager (.Net + Java) at Spectral Consultants, you will play a crucial role as the bridge between technology delivery, business priorities, and team well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure Agile ways of working, innovation, and excellence in service delivery. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Lead technology capabilities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & Production. - Collaborate with business owners, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle. - Act as the primary point of contact for your team regarding well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development. - Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture that aligns with company values. - Support conflict resolution and promote open, honest communication within the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address delivery issues related to team dynamics. - Stay connected with operational teams to ensure alignment with business priorities. - Serve as a bridge between individuals and leadership on people-related matters. In terms of technical stack, the role requires proficiency in the following languages, frameworks, data, Agile & Delivery practices, as well as tools & platforms: - Languages & Frameworks: .Net, .Net Core, .Net 8+, Java, Microservices, ReactJS - Data: SQL Server, APIs (APIC, APIM), REST API, Databricks, Synapse - Agile & Delivery: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), Azure Kubernetes, Azure Scheduler - Tools & Platforms: GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure - Security & Monitoring: Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, Elastic To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8-14 years of experience with a proven track record of team leadership (30-50 members). - Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, and Azure technologies. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. - Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
