The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, as well as integrating AI models into our systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI-driven applications. Work with LLM models such as OpenAI, Claude, and Lama to develop conversation responses. Create and manage APIs, integrating them into backend systems. Follow version control best practices to manage and collaborate on the codebase. Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and performance. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to improve product features. Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards. Role 2 : Fullstack Developer Lead Exp: 7-11yrs Mandatory Skills: Java/Python, Angular/React, Cloud, AI/ML, Good experience in handling teams Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Software Developer to lead a team of developers working on AI-driven solutions. This role involves guiding and mentoring the team, while ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery of features. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems. Ensure high-quality software development practices through code reviews and mentoring. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the product. Take ownership of system architecture and design decisions. Participate in the development of AI models and assist with their deployment. Ensure proper version control and CI/CD processes are followed. Assist with problem-solving and technical challenges faced by the development team.
