Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Java
,
Spring
, and
microservices architecture
.
Build responsive, high-performance web applications using
React
and
Next.js
.
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to high-level design decisions.
Implement best practices and design patterns for clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
Work with
GCP
or similar cloud platforms for deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Ensure application security, performance, and reliability across all layers.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years
of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in
Java
, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and backend engineering fundamentals.
Good hands-on experience with
React
and
Next.js
for frontend development.
Solid understanding of
system architecture
, design principles, and design patterns.
Working knowledge of
GCP
or any major cloud platform (AWS/Azure acceptable).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes is a plus.
Familiarity with domains such as
Identity, Access Management, Fraud, or Risk
is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
