As a Fullstack Lead with over 5 years of experience in the banking domain, your role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performing financial applications. You will lead end-to-end development and deployment of banking applications, ensuring best coding practices and security standards are met. Designing and developing scalable applications using technologies like React.js, Angular, Node.js, Java, and Spring Boot will be part of your responsibilities. You will also architect and deploy microservices-based applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker and Kubernetes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end development and deployment of banking applications - Designing and developing scalable applications using frontend and backend technologies - Architecting and deploying microservices-based applications on cloud platforms - Working with SQL and NoSQL databases for optimal performance - Building and integrating secure RESTful APIs, Open Banking APIs, and third-party financial services - Ensuring quality assurance through code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines Collaboration and mentorship are crucial in this role, requiring teamwork with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving agile development methodologies. Proficiency in frontend technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as backend technologies like Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, or Python, is essential. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra is also crucial. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, is highly desirable. Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, OAuth, JWT, Data Encryption, and ISO 27001 compliance is preferred. Proficiency in using tools like Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. If you have exposure to blockchain, AI-driven fraud detection, or financial analytics, it would be considered a plus.
