Fullstack and Mobile App Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js for our SaaS platform.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Node.js / NestJS / Express.
• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and data access layers.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (React Native preferred; Flutter exposure is a plus).
• Integrate REST APIs and implement clean, intuitive UI/UX for both web and mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to understand requirements and ship features end-to-end.
• Assist in deployments, basic DevOps tasks, and production issue troubleshooting as needed.

Must Haves / Required Skills

• 13 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of modern web development concepts.
• Practical experience with React.js for building front-end web applications.
• Experience with Node.js and Express (exposure to NestJS will be an added advantage).
• Good understanding of MongoDB, data modeling, and REST API development.
• Exposure to cross-platform mobile development using React Native and/or Flutter (React Native preferred).
• Familiarity with Git, basic branching workflows, and collaborative development.
• Experience using API testing tools such as Postman for debugging and validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-paced team.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or backend services.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Exposure to SaaS products, multi-tenant architectures, and subscription-based platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Basic understanding of application security, logging, and monitoring best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
