Just like a baby’s brain, CynLr Vision stack enables machines to instinctively see & pick any object under any ambience, without any training. For CynLr, the website is not a mere digital pamphlet but a digital pathway that enables us to enter the minds of our customers, employees, vendors, and investors who come in seeking value at different times and with different mindsets. So, structuring the path such that it not only answers the questions asked but piques interests to find answers to the questions that were never thought of, takes the viewers on an exciting visual journey into CynLr, and be a platform that is a trailer to the movie that would make one want to come and witness the tech transformation in action. The role seeks someone who is curious to chase the feeling we want to deliver, someone who is capable of understanding the needs of various stakeholders, enable website as a tool to effortlessly access the information sought and change the framework to fit the content. Requirements in Practice Knowledge of Web Standards and Accessibility Familiarity with web standards and best practices Proficiency in designing responsive layouts and user interfaces to deliver a consistent experience across different devices. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles Experience in implementing accessibility guidelines and ensuring a positive user experience for all users. Problem-Solving and Debugging Skills Ability to identify and resolve issues related to code, performance, and functionality. Awareness of web security best practices and experience implementing security measures to protect against common vulnerabilities. Aptitude for troubleshooting and debugging complex web applications. Capacity to think analytically and propose effective solutions. Tool knowledge (including but not limited to) Adobe Creative Suite Figma, Web flow HTML5, CSS, PHP, SQL, JS, Python Interactive 3D Animations (Javascript/angular) 3D Configurator - Product Customisation, Community Page Integration Web Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing website performance by reducing page load times and implementing performance-enhancing techniques. Understanding of techniques like image optimization, lazy loading, and minification to improve website speed. Familiarity with mobile-first development principles to ensure a seamless user experience on various devices and screen sizes. What Do We Do? CynLr's visual robots intuitively handles even ' unseen objects' from a clutter - a standard & universal alternative to building complex custom machines, thereby ‘ simplifying’ automation. From factory lines to Warehouses to Labs, CynLr looks to transform them into LEGO like reconfigurable blocks of Universal Micro-Factories . Building a tech that’s unsolved for 4 decades needs building a whole industry - an ecosystem fragmented & distributed across different parts of the world to facilitate & augment. Building the tech of the future, without bringing them into our journey, is unattainable. For a 60-member team distributed across Switzerland, India & US, to attract and engage stakeholders across geographies like India, EU, US, Japan, and Korea, requires a digital platform that can flame their curiosities, access knowledge base and get answers to the most pertinent questions.
