Role Overview: At Hashinclude, you will be a Full Stack Vibe Coder responsible for building and maintaining full-stack projects using Flutter, modern web technologies, and scalable backend systems. You will experiment with AI development assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and others to enhance your workflow and work on real-world AI-driven projects where speed, creativity, and precision are crucial. As part of a small, agile team, you will take ownership of features from concept to deployment and collaborate with a high-momentum team that values problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain full-stack projects using Flutter, modern web technologies, and scalable backend systems. - Experiment with AI development assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and others to accelerate and enhance your workflow. - Work on real-world AI-driven projects where speed, creativity, and precision matter. - Take ownership of features from concept to deployment. - Collaborate with a compact, high-momentum team that values problem-solving over process. Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of strong project experience (personal or freelance is fine). - Proficiency in Flutter is a must. - Understanding of full-stack development concepts (frontend, APIs, backend). - Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and adapt to new ones. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Passion for continuous learning and independent execution. - Attitude to move fast, own outcomes, and grow with the team.
