Full Stack Senior MERN Dev (Back-End)

As a Senior Full Stack MERN Back-End Developer, you will play a vital role in driving the development of core backend systems and microservices using Server-side JavaScript. Your expertise will be key in building scalable, performant, and data-driven applications utilizing technologies such as NEST.js, Express.js, GraphQL, and Azure Cloud. In this position, you will collaborate on the React.js front-end, contributing to complex projects and leading backend architecture and API design. With 5-7 years of professional software development experience, you will be responsible for utilizing NEST.js for Server-side JavaScript, including expertise in developing APIs and microservices. Your role will involve implementing best practices in designing and building Controllers, Services, and Modules using NEST.js, leveraging TypeScript and JavaScript for server-side development, and working with patterns like Interceptors and Middleware. Your mastery of GraphQL APIs will be essential as you develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance APIs using Apollo GraphQL or WunderGraph Cosmos. You will focus on designing efficient schemas, resolvers, and data fetching strategies to enhance performance and responsiveness, implementing advanced GraphQL features where applicable. As a backend engineering leader, you will design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Express.js and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, optimizing backend performance, scalability, and reliability, and leveraging Azure Cloud services such as Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure App Service for backend development. Additionally, you will be involved in data management and integration, API documentation and governance, performance tuning and monitoring, CI/CD & DevSecOps practices, collaboration on architectural contributions, and seamless integration with front-end developers to ensure proper data flow and API calls. Must-have skills for this role include expertise in NEST.js, GraphQL, backend development, Azure Cloud, API design, database management, TypeScript, JavaScript, CI/CD, DevSecOps, performance optimization, and testing. Good-to-have skills include Azure Serverless Technologies, Large Language Model (LLM) API Integration, Python Programming Proficiency, Relational Databases experience, and Creative Production Platforms.
