Full Stack Python Mentor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Python Mentor to guide learners in developing practical skills across backend and frontend technologies. The role involves mentoring, conducting sessions, supporting project development, and ensuring learners gain industry-relevant knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on Python Full Stack Development
• Guide learners on backend development using Python frameworks (Django / Flask)
• Provide mentoring on frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frameworks
• Support learners in database concepts including SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Assist students with hands-on projects, assignments, and debugging
• Review code and provide constructive technical feedback
• Maintain training documentation and follow the defined curriculum
• Track learner progress and provide performance updates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python programming
• Experience with Django or Flask
• Understanding of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database concepts
• Basic knowledge of Git / version control
• Good communication and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (added advantage)
• Exposure to real-time projects or production environments
• Knowledge of deployment basics is a plus
