Job Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at our company, your role will primarily involve triaging, investigating, and resolving customer tickets, along with occasional work on small enhancements and defect fixes. You may be required to work on the front-end, back-end, or full-stack based on team requirements. It is essential for you to be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate issue resolution and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer-reported case tasks, ensuring a quick, accurate, and empathetic resolution. - Collaborate effectively with support and product teams to identify customer pain points and provide appropriate solutions. - Address small stories and defect fixes, focusing on maintaining high code quality and minimizing regression. - Engage directly with customers when necessary, showcasing a customer-centric approach and professionalism. - Utilize AI tools such as GenAI, RAG pipelines, and ServiceNow AIA Studio for debugging, issue summarization, and task automation. - Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases to enhance future case handling processes. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to interact empathetically and clearly with customers. - Proficiency in React (front-end) and Java (back-end); full-stack experience would be advantageous. - Prior experience in handling customer support cases or technical troubleshooting. - Familiarity with AI tools and platforms utilized in engineering workflows. - Ability to work independently, managing multiple case tasks efficiently.
