Join us to work on ground-breaking projects and contribute to a team that values excellence, integrity, and innovation. **Role Overview:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries to facilitate rapid and consistent development. - Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into efficient and maintainable code. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end experiences. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications under real-world load. - Apply strong problem-solving skills and data structure expertise to optimize front-end performance. - Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards. - Quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, or product domains as required. - Integrate front-end components with backend systems utilizing Java-based APIs and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - 5+ years of full-stack development experience. - Expert-level proficiency in React.js (including hooks, context, state management like Redux/Zustand) and modern JS (ES6+, TypeScript). - Strong skills in Java backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices). - Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, memoization, and bundle analysis. - Experience with responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and cross-browser compatibility. - Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and JUnit. - Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to bridge design, product, and backend teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Bonus Points for candidates who have built design systems or contributed to open-source UI libraries. - Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or server-side rendering (Next.js). - Experience with cloud-native tooling like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
