Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer / Senior Developer, your role involves architecting and developing scalable backend systems using NestJS with a focus on high performance. You will design and implement workflows and flow mechanisms to optimize system performance and efficiency. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies will be a key responsibility. Working with databases including MySQL, Redshift, and NoSQL solutions to ensure data integrity and performance is essential. Optimizing system design for scalability, caching, and queueing mechanisms are crucial tasks. Collaborating with the frontend team working on Next.js and ensuring seamless integration is part of your role. You will also be responsible for ensuring robust microservices architecture with proper API design and inter-service communication, working in an Agile environment, driving sprints, standups, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
