About The Role

Project Role :Full Stack Engineer

Project Role Description :Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and utilizing innovative technologies to enhance client services. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are aligned with a cloud-first and agile approach, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices in software development.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Experience with backend development and database management.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing code for performance improvements.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
