Full Stack development Lead

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing scalable and secure software architectures for web and enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in hands-on coding, code reviews, and unit testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features is essential. You will be expected to evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product. Maintaining coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation is also a key part of your role. Optimizing application performance, scalability, and maintainability will be a priority, along with leading and mentoring a team of developers and guiding technical decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable and secure software architectures for web and enterprise applications. - Actively participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and unit testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product. - Maintain coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Lead and mentor a team of developers and guide technical decisions. - Oversee CMS customizations and integrations (WordPress, Strapi). - Integrate and customize Salesforce applications as per business needs. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of full-stack development experience. - 2+ years of experience in software/system architecture is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Company Details: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience in microservices and serverless architecture are considered nice to have for this position.,
